Brush: simple photoshop brush - round solid or something like that
For the "watercolor effect" just use low flow in the brush and a mediate opacity (it works for mouse or tablet)

Really nice. :D I love his outfit alot, expecially the kimono arm socks/sleaves. His wings are a little wispy though, I don't know if he is supposed to be able to fly or not......^.^;;;

I love how you use titles to such awesome songs in these awesome pictures! just, amkes it even better in my eyes.

But this piece if already beautiful. I love the contrast that the dark feather has against the whole picture of whites and greys.
